Admission agreement must include termination and relapse policies.

Residents must agree to and sign the admission agreement.

Certified recovery house operators must collect and report data to assess effectiveness.

Unlawful to knowingly retaliate against a person who makes a complaint.
- 6
Unlawful for a recovery house to accept state or local funding unless certified, an Oxford House, or authorized by the Division.

Fees & Costs
DSAMH program certification fee: $300 - $1,500. OHFLC facility license fee (if applicable): $500 - $2,500. Annual renewal fees: $300 - $1,500.
