Administrator must be at least 21 years of age

Administrator must have management and supervisory experience, including financial operations and staff

Administrator must have experience in health care, social services, or related areas

Administrator must demonstrate understanding of and compliance with resident's rights

Staff training and qualifications are required

Bedrooms must provide at least 100 square feet of usable floor space per person in single-occupancy apartments and 80 square feet of usable floor space per person in multiple-occupancy apartments
