    Must be in substantial compliance with food, health, safety, and sanitation standards

    Must be in compliance with fire and life safety rules

    Applicant must submit required information and a statement attesting no felony conviction or misdemeanor related to child health/safety, and no pending charges for such

    Criminal history checks are required for applicants, directors/managers, and employees/volunteers with direct contact with children

    Group home houses not more than ten (10) children and only children judicially determined to be in need of services or who have committed a delinquent act
