    Applicant must possess a valid operating certificate to operate as an adult home or enriched housing program (or apply simultaneously).

    Applicant must be in good standing with the Department.

    Applicant must have adequate financial resources.

    Building, equipment, staff, standards of care, and records must comply with applicable statutes and local law.

    Any required license or permit must be issued.

  • 6

    Compliance with provisions for certification as prescribed by Article 7 of the Social Services Law if no existing adult home or enriched housing program operating certificate.
