Emergency certifications require a true emergency, are valid for 45 days with a possible extension, and require submission of an emergency certification application and current floor plan

Temporary certifications require submission of a complete application, a Life Safety Report approved within the past 90 days, directions to the home, and waiver applications if applicable, valid for 90 days

Compliance with specific laws and rules such as RSA 126-A, RSA 151, He-M 309, 310, 401, 402, 426, 507, 1001, 1002, and He-P 813, 814
