    List of persons subject to background checks and authorization for checks.

    Group home license is valid for four years unless revoked or voluntarily surrendered.

    Number of children admitted shall not exceed license capacity.

    Children under 18 whose parents are staff members are included in license capacity if they live in the same quarters or are admitted for direct care.

    Background checks for children age 13 and over if parents are staff and have regular access to children.
