Physical plant to facilitate care for residents with common long-term care problems

Within 36 months after licensure, at least 20% of residents must have nursing home-level of care needs

Fees & Costs
$1,500 + $15 per bed (Assisted Living Residence/Comprehensive Personal Care Home initial and annual renewal); $1,125 (Assisted Living Program initial and annual renewal); $1,500 biennial inspection fee (Assisted Living Residence/Comprehensive Personal Care Home); $750 biennial inspection fee (Assisted Living Program)
