    Facilities with 6+ residents must meet 2018 Facility Guidelines Institute design guidelines and NFPA Standard 101, Life Safety Code

    Staffing appropriate for licensure category, competency evaluations, delegation and supervision, orientation and annual training, dementia/mental illness/de-escalation training

Fees & Costs

$2,000 plus $125 per resident for Assisted Living Facilities. $3,000 plus $150 per resident for Assisted Living Facilities with Dementia Care.
