    Floor plan identifying living units, central dining area, laundry facility, central living room

    Living units meet KRS 194A.703(1) requirements

    Unlicensed staff administering oral/topical medication must have Certified Medication Aide I or Kentucky Medication Aide credential

  • 10

    Unlicensed staff administering preloaded insulin injections must have Certified Medication Aide II credential

  • 11

    Nurse or licensed health professional must be readily available during medication administration by unlicensed staff
