    Financial soundness (budget for 6 months, liability insurance)

    Annual fire and health inspections

    Living area: 35 sq ft per resident

    Bedrooms: no more than 4 residents per room, 50 sq ft per resident

    Bathrooms: 1 toilet, bathtub/shower, and sink for every 6 residents
